I know..my husband's Jack is around 22 lbs of muscle and I literally hardly can pick him up.  I love, love just being able to bend down and snag a 3 or 4 lb  bundle of joy and carry them around.

Sometimes I feel that Princess who is 18 lbs is a bit too much for me. You wouldn't believe the strength that such a small dog can have when she wants to pull. I am a tiny skinny person, and age has lost some of my muscle strength. That is an incredible cheap price. Prayers for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. He has a very bad luxating petella. I've been shopping for vets to do this surgery. Found one yesterday that is apparently very good and charges $600 to do it. Some wanted $2500 yikes. The surgery will be scheduled tomorrow. Hopefully he will heal quickly. I just feel so sorry for the little guy!
