In the US pork no longer carries the risk or tricanosis.  Wild game such as 
boar and bear does.  That being said freezing meat prior to feeding kills 
almost all parasites. If there were some present. Fresh caught fish needs to be 
frozen first.  Right now my guys are working though 200 pounds of pork heart :)
