They may be nice, but they are obviously not considerate neighbors if you have to clean up 13 piles everyday! Not my kind of neighbor, LOL!

You know that's a good idea! He's a smart one, walks his dogs just before
the sun is up and then very late at night. I caught him late at night a
couple of times, when I rarely walk mine that late. He was further down the
block. Another tenant caught him early in the morning from her window. Even
when he isn't caught, the evidence is still there. It wouldn't be easy to
get a picture, but I love the idea!
