Really?! Any dog that kills a cat should be put down? Wow. I invite you to be the one who kills all these dogs. Because it would be a nonstop job. Dogs are PREDATORS. If you can't stomach that, you shouldn't own one. If your Chi kills a beetle or a mouse, you better put that sucker to sleep! I'm sure there are beetle and mouse lovers who want the world to be a safer place!
When you start legislating, across the board, that certain segments of a population should be murdered simply because of who or what they are....well, that sounds an awful lot like Hitler's philosophy.
