He got his cast off today thankfully!  And the vet said he looked good and had 
great range of motion. With the cast on he was walking on it pretty well. But I 
am shocked because now that it's off he won't put any weight on it!  I know 
it's early on in his recovery but I worry...as we all do. 

It was a relief to see his knee cap snugly in place!!! I feared the cast would 
come off and it would be off to the side again lol

A good side effect from all this, he would NEVER settle in my lap. Now that he 
has no choice he sleeps there often 8) he is there now, in happy pain pill land
