Can you post a picture, please? I would like to see it. As I wrote a few days ago, Dolly has rolls and rolls of fur - hers is more around her neck and her upper back. She has not fat, just the extra skin and fur. I can pull it up and gather a lot of it together. Is this what you are talking about the ripples?
