Oh, no!
I have heard that sometimes dogs go somewhere private to die - to spare their 
owners the experience.  Do you think she crawled under a bed, in a little nook 
or cranny in a clsoet, or anywhere like that.  Does she have a doggy door?  I 
am assuming no because you were saying that you didn't leave her out.  I hae 
had Dolly & Desi be following me and they ended up in the closed pantry, the 
laundry room.  Think of everyplace that you looked and look everywhere that 
there could be a little place that she could have gone to lie down and be with 
her parents and sisters.
