Same thing that has always been going on there.....to many people breeding
their chis for money and they end up in a shelter. Plus the fact that they
don't spay and neuter them. There is another shelter there that is
constantly overloaded with chis, and way to many of them are put down every
month. You can walk some of the streets in CA and I bet you can find at
least 2-3 chis per week that are running loose. It is constant, and has been
like that for years. :(

Yup, if you want a chi, fly to CA, and you could come back with a dozen of

I have never seen so many chis in one place in my life.  OMG.  We are lucky
to have two or three,..rest nasty old pitts.  Some of these are beautiful.

 OMG!! Someone just has to get this tiny 10 mo old out of this kill
shelter!! This is no place for such a tiny baby!! She has already been there
for a week!! Poor baby doesn't even have a name, just a number!
