We have a backyard breeder somewhere around here that periodically lets whatever ones they don't want anymore loose. Our little foster(8-12 yrs) was found loose with another one they think is his son. His teeth were all rotten and infected. They find a couple of CHI's in the same area a few times a year and they end up in our shelter. Frustrating and infuriating! Sue
