Thanks Peggy for all this info. I've made notes of it all.

It is quite obvious I have been over feeding Liza. I was feeding her per
package instructions for 10-20 lb dog. I was giving her 1/3 cup 2 times a day.
My vet likes the food ok. I will pick up some low fat bisquits too for treats
like you mentioned. I have been spoiling her too with a little table scraps but
tiny pieces but all this has added up apparently. Now she won't eat her dry
food plain so I am retraining her and not giving her anything else. I do feed
her carrots and will also try brocolli.

This morning she has a better appetite and ate but left some of her food. One
thing she is doing is taking out her kibble and leaving it on the
floor....sometimes taking it away from her dish.

She seems ok now but will see how the day goes. It may have been indigestion
from over feeding and the heat. She has not vomited since yesterday am.

She's romping around now playing so I will give this one more day.
If she does not eat well tonight or vomits again,I will call vet in am.

So your little Gigi has a liver issue? I'm sorry to hear that and hope she'll
be ok. Is that common in chis? Hope it works out ok for her.

Margie
