I think any time you have multiple dogs especially male dogs they are going to mark their territory. There is a difference in peeing and marking. You said your first male did not mark until you got other dogs He felt no need there was no competition. Your best bet is neutering them and having a doggie room. Anywhere they mark use Pet Stain and odor remover ( can get it at the everythings a dollar store.) If you are consistent and diligent about spraying everywhere they mark eventually they stop. You just have to be persistent. My computer room/TV room is also my doggie room and they sleep with me at night. None of mine mark anywhere anymore. But got two puppies I am housebreaking now. The other dogs smell look disguud and walk away like some one is in trouble now. If I catch them I stomp my foot and say ahhh ahhh in a loud voice that usually stops everything in mid action. If I don't catch them I spray the spot and move on. Eventually they catch on. But dogs especially male dogs can just have been out and peed and come in and mark. I had a poodle female once that marked. My friend had a female poodle who actually hiked her leg like a male.
