I have two little chi girls.  One 13 and one 5.  They both were peeing
under a "high boy" hutch in the dining room!  Sooooo.......that is where I
feed them now!!  And the peeing has stopped.

Good Luck. House breaking a chi is one of the worst responsiblities of
owning them.
