I have a problem with my neighbours, that is because they complain about my
dogs behaviour when I leave the house, I don't have a garden to let them out
and they remain closed indoors when I go out. More often I take them with me
but if I don't have the possibility they remain at home alone and they start to
howl continuosly. My neighbours complain about that and I don't know what to
do...any advice?
