I'm on the dog's side too but was wondering why a service dog would still have testicles. Kay

Could someone please explain why this woman isn't being charged with animal cruelty when she has clearly admitted she beat the dog without any provocation from the dog? If that were me, I would find some one else to hide the dog and save his life. Tell the morons that the dog ran away and let them prove other wise. FB said that the owner lives in Oklahoma, so why is Colorado charging the dog with a death sentence, and how can CO put the owner in jail for not surrending the dog when he doesn't even live there? Dumb laws as usual!
