Yeah, I can't understand dumping such little dogs who prob didn't eat the couch
or disfigure the mailman. At least contact a rescue. Most Chis apparently don't
even get leash trained so obviously not taken out in public much so even more
traumatized. I am surprised Monte is soo well adjusted since he isn't leash
trained.
