A good show Chi is only about 2lbs so not really a runt unless the mom was bred over too long a time. The breeder I knew in New England had lots of top winning wee ones with great health and temperament.

Most Chis apparently don't even get leash trained so obviously not taken out in public much so even more traumatized. I am surprised Monte is soo well adjusted since he isn't leash trained.
