It's a great price that's a Lobster claw clip not retractable. I prefer the full harnesses I find at TJ for $6.95 and I get the basic leash similar to this for $1.00 at my local dollar shop. Also got my dogs their raincoats at Dollar store.We all have our little money saving places!!!! I also get the breath freshener liquid that costs a bundle elsewhere at Tj for very little money. They have some super items in the pet areas.
