She has reason, she will probably be euthanized, they are one of the many
shelters overloaded with Chis :( and she is listed as shy so already has 2
strikes against her. The 3 shelters close to me, within a 30 mins drive, rarely
get small dogs and they go quick. Too bad shelters rarely share.
