There is def laws on barking dogs and noise in general. No loud noise after
10p.m. and before 7 or 8 a.m. My neighbors have a supposed Chi who they left
outside 24/7 and who barked non stop. Then their grown daughter left her
supposed Chi and it was a duo. My 6+ don't make as much noise and their other
neighbor complained. She came to my backyard fence while I was out reading and
said that isn't your dogs barking. Nope, I keep on my guys.
