Hello Deanna,
I used the Oatmeal bath...that is what my vet asked me to use. He loved the
bath, but I think it was the way that it made him feel until the next time.
Actually I would say that it was bath time and he would zoom to the chair so
that I could take off his shirt and collar. I was surprised (but pleased) that
he wanted his bath. The other thing is that I kept him in a t-shirt rather
than a tank top to limit where he was scratching off his fur...also would see
him scratching and I would gently rub the area and then he seemed OK. Now if I
am sitting on the bed and he starts to scratch, I just say his name and he
comes over and I gently rub where he was scratching. Sometimes he will turn
his head and his body so that I can get everywhere that it itching.
