[Chihuahuas] Bullying

Hi,
I am a member and need your advice. I have 2 chi's. One is 8 years
old and is a fixed birl and the other is 1 1/2yrs old neutered boy.
No matter where the girl is, sitting on a chair, lying in her bed,
the boy will go over and growl and the female will get up and move
and the boy will take her place in the chair.
 
IS THIS NORMAL???? Do I let this continue??? Do I stop the male
from bossing the female and moving her and taking over??
