The vets that I called said they don't have the equipment for it. Doesn't the dog have to be knocked out for it too? I can't imagine a dog not feeling some pain and can't imagine one lying still long enough to complete a tattoo.

He is white with black spots. Does he have little black dots on his ear edges too? He reminds me of a 4lb female we pulled from MDAS almost a month ago who was finally healthy enough for her spay and dental. The vet opened her up and found she had been spayed. Kloe was apparently never let out of the house so enjoys sunbathing around her foster Mom's pool while the herd romps.
