I can sure identify with that. Our Rico will scream like I am killing him even before the clipper or dremel gets near his nail. I finally decided to take them all to the groomer once a month. They let the groomers do it without any fuss or even flinching. That $5 is well worth it! I think that it is because the groomers are so efficient and self confidant while doing it. They sense my hesitation as I am afraid to cut too close to the quick. Sue
