You should get her to a vet immediately for an exam. I thought you already
had her checked out when you said that she had a shot. I hope they gave you
a certificate to prove that she had one shot, if not the Vet will start her
all over again. Just having a clean home doesn't mean they can't get Parvo
which is all to common in puppies . Getting her checked out will also cover
you under the Puppy Lemon Law act if she has any hereditary issues or is
sick. That would make the breeder or person where you bought her responsible
for the vetting bills.

Any new puppy these days needs a full exam, and a blood test to make sure
all her organs are working properly and to make sure she doesn't have any of
the canine virus's, and of course the series of puppy shots and be de-wormed
It is better to get the blood test done now rather then wait until she is
so sick, if she should have something wrong with her, and then, trust me....
.it will cost you three times more. If she is harboring Parvo, she will go
downhill fast and it kills puppies within 5-7 days.

Buying a pupping is expensive and people need to understand that initial
vetting is so important so that you know where you stand for the years ahead
with her. So my advice is not to skimp on the initial vetting check up.

Oh yeah. I got her from a private home. The house was clean and the pup was
raised in a family atmosphere with kids and other dogs. I haven't taken her
to the vet yet. Was hoping I didn't have to for a while.
