Hi robin,
Yes, you are right my contracts state that they have 3 business days to take their puppy to a vet.

anytime you get a new dog but esp a pup the vet visit should be done within a few days. In fact a reputable breeder and most shelters have that in their contracts. The vet needs a baseline for normal for one thing but for a pup the shots and worming need to be set up and a fecal done as a dog from a BYB will almost always have worms and/or fleas. So take a morning poop with the pup. *Robin, Dobe Axel CGC, TT, German Pin Ranger CGC, TT, Chihuahuas Alice CGC and Monte CGC and MinPins HoneyB, Brutus, and IMPS foster Jordan www.minpinrescue.org <http://www.minpinrescue.org>*

Okay. I am going to take her to the vet but her eyes are clear, her nose is not runny and she is playful, eating well and doing everything else.
Hmmm
