I sure hope I don't become annoying. Is it possible for a dog or puppy to choke
on their food where they would require something like the hemlich (sp)? I gave
my lil pup some food tonight, let it sit in warm water to soften a bit but as
she was eating it she appeared to be choking. I actually grabbed and turned her
with her head downward and patted her back, like an infant. Ok, so I panicked!
She is fine now. I added more water and waited longer for the food to soften
more then broke it up with a fork. She ate just fine
