Hi Dana:

Yup you caught the "Chi" bug...........all you have to do is live with one and
you are bitten.

Great pictures.

Hugs,
Linda

I've been lurking for quite awhile, so I thought it was time to reintroduce
myself and jump in. My name is Dana. If someone would have told me I'd ever
have a Chihuahua, I would have laughed and said "NEVER!" Yappy little ankle
biters. I've had Yorkies and mini schnauzers for years and years. Then 4
years ago last January, Stella came into my life. She is a 4 lb long hair, and
she is perfect! Never barks, has the sweetest disposition. She was 7 when I
got her and had been in several abusive and neglectful homes. Now she is a
very spoiled little diva who goes to work with me every day. She changed my
opinion of Chihuahuas. So what did I do? Last Dec I took in a 3 yr old who
needed to be re-homed. She's a 5 lb short hair named Chloe. She has a bit
more of the chi attitude. Doesn't bark a lot, but really wants to be the boss.
She curls her lip at me sometimes, but we are working on that. Otherwise she
is very sweet. My plan when I took her
in was to get her spayed, then find her another home. Well, she found a home
right here with me! She's wiggled her way into my heart.
Besides the "yappy little ankle biters" I also have 2 yorkies. Sophie is 14
and nearly deaf, but she still barks at everything she doesn't hear, and Willow
is 11. And Charlie is my 12 yr old epileptic mini schnauzer. He's as sweet as
can be, but dumber than a rock.
