TTL book?

Hi list,

I'm looking for a TTL book. I have asked several distributors if they have something form Harris, TI, ST, Philips, Motorola (OnSemi), but no luck. I'm willing to pay for it, and it should not look too bad. Best thing would be a copy of the ST "high speed cmos" 2nd edition, 'cause that also covers some 40xx types.
It's meant to be a gift, that's why it should not look too old. Willing to add some $$s for condition "shiny and new" :-)

Any ideas? I'm located in Germany, and I can pay with PayPal.
