Standby power rails on PCI 2.2

Hi list,

I'd like to know what pins have been defined to be the Standby power rail in PCI specs V2.2. The PCISIG site states that it's a "free standard", but want $475 for the hardcopy for the specs. Download only for members. Any place where I can download these specs really free?
