Hello.

We are looking all around for information about these SMD chips, which I really do not know what their functions are.
 They are:

93051/xboja    ---This one, I think it is an EEPROM, is a 8-pin SO8 chip, whith its pin1 connected to  the PC2 port of a X68HC microprocessor; The pin3 is connected to the PC1/TCMP port; The pin4 and pin6 are connected to gnd; pin8 is VCC+.

The following are 3 -pin devices, which I think are SMD transistors, but I couldn't find data on it. They are:

A6F ---underscore on "F"---the inner pin is connected to V+

   6Cp ---there is a "63" written at 90 degrees.

   5Cp ---The same "63"

   A1H

   A4P ---"64"...

   8AJ

   TSp ---"64"

   A6H

   JSP

Of course all of them do not have any manufacterer logo...

The machine is manufactered in Italy, so some of them can be restricted to Europe.

Could You please help Us on this?
Where do You think there should be data on this?
This chips are really driving us nuts !

   Thank You very much.
