Actually, I think "93051" should be "93C51", a fairly common
device, IIRC. Data should be available from Fairchild's web site.

Joe.

| Subject: chip questions...
| Hello.
| We are looking all around for information about these
| SMD chips, which I really do not know what their
| functions are.
| They are:
| 93051/xboja ---This one, I think it is an
| EEPROM, is a 8-pin SO8 chip, whith its pin1 connected
| to the PC2 port of a X68HC microprocessor; The pin3
| is connected to the PC1/TCMP port; The pin4 and pin6
| are connected to gnd; pin8 is VCC+.
| The following are 3 -pin devices, which I think are
| SMD transistors, but I couldn't find data on it. They
| are:
| A6F ---underscore on "F"---the inner pin is
| connected to V+
| 6Cp ---there is a "63" written at 90 degrees.
| 5Cp ---The same "63"
| A1H
| A4P ---"64"...
| 8AJ
| TSp ---"64"
| A6H
| JSP
| Of course all of them do not have any manufacterer
| logo...
| The machine is manufactered in Italy, so some of
| them can be restricted to Europe.
| Could You please help Us on this?
| Where do You think there should be data on this?
| This chips are really driving us nuts !
| Thank You very much.
