You can find precision potentiometers with 10x360 degrees of travel, but
I don't think you can find any non-stop potentiometer. If it is for a
microporcessor anyway, I would recommend to look for incremental rotary
encoders. These produce a train of pulses which can easily be interfaced
to a CPU or any other digital circuit, they have full 360 degree travel
and no stop in any direction. They work in principle like the rotary
sensors in a trditional (ball) mouse.
