I recently got a Sharp LM64C05P (aka LC92910A) display @ ebay incl the
documents and datasheets
It's a 640x480 color display (186*140mm viewing area) for just 10 EUR.

U should take a look there, maybe u'll find what u look for .-)
But it has nothing except the display and logic. U need a LCD volage of
approx 32V and
a controller and some RAM... I'll start that project in early march cos I
still have some work
for uni to to before the vacations start. I can post a message if I'm on
that project again...
