Hi,
I have been looking around at the mail-order distributors (Digi-Key,
Newark, etc)
and have not been able to find any cheap N-JFETs in SOT-23 packages. Some
carry a few JFETs in TO-92 packages but not many at that either. My
application
is not demanding at all, the FET is used as a voltage regulator by a
battery monitor
IC (bq26200). I wondered if maybe I just have not looked in the right
places. Any
ideas? Thanks,
-Bob
