As long as we are picking favorites, for me DigiKey is my first choice for component selection. Mouser comes in second. 90% of the time they have what I want in stock. Unlike Newark, DigiKey puts the price of semis right where I need it, not on a separate index. Also, I like the fact that Digikey shows dimensions in metrics whenever possible. Mouser is good at stocking odd stuff and Japanese semis.
I think I'll put a few bucks on DigiKey if they ever go public.
