High    Speed 8 bit serial to parallel shift register

 

I am searching for a 8 bit serial to parallel  shift  register with maximum clock frequency of 480MHz and supply votage tobe around 3 to 5 volts .I searched for this in google and but in vain.Please help me to find an IC that meets the above mentioned requitments.
