ST Microelectronics H5NA90FI three-pin regulator.

Please help me to find the specification documentation and where to acquire one of these regulators.

I searched Google and other search engines for the part number, found one lead, but so far, this search is a dead end.

The part number printed on this three-pin regulator is H5NA90FI or H5NA90F1.

It is made in Morocco.

The date code is the forth week of 1996.

It is used in model 38-K42IMD-02 color monitor manufactured in Canada by Conrac.

Does anyone recognize this model number?

I emailed then telephoned Conrac, but they haven’t found a replacement regulator to sell to me.
