I'm fully aware. This is definately not a gate.
It's in a small transistor powered D.C. to D.C. converter for my SONYY car disk changer.
A leaky cap was the cause of its demise. SONNI equipment was famous for leaky caps.
There are two, so I metered the good one and this one has shorts.
I'm without tunes until IFixIt.
Also I'll be sending out copies of the list I previously wrote about to everyone who requested one.
In the mean time I found these great sites for additional information:
http://www.marsport.demon.co.uk/smd/mainframe.htm http://www.rohm.com/products/databook/tr/pdf/transistorminimold.pdf
If I find more I will share them with the list.

Be aware of the single gate logic SOT23-5 packages!
