delicate stuff, I attacked with aceton, that was completely useless and a waste of time,
no luck at all, it wouldnt make a change, the material sucks the aceton up like a dry cloth,
but no change at all, and I am not quite sure about the components inside, if they
will tolerate the aceton.
I came back to carpenter tools, they worked fine, but, coming down to the more
delicate part, they aren't quite adequate. So I used a solder iron with some special
prepared cisel type tip, this causes the "epoxy" to brittle, it doesn't melt, it just brakes
away turning into powder. It's turning into a job for somebody with lots of time. I am
not a very patient person. But 3000.- $US are quite a motivation over here.
Any bright ideas ?
Regards
Friedel
