I have some chips in my collection that have a similar marking.
They are 20-pin DIP chips and the top line is "<same logo> AMI 9208MDW".
Pattern seems like that of your chip except it has "AMI" (as in AMI/Gould)
instead of TIP(?). My chip is a 18CV8 PEEL PLD chip.  In your case, I'd bet
that they are the three DACs, one for each channel.  The rest of the marking
is probably an OEM marking.
Another note:  Mostek either sold out to, or became Thomson and then merged
with SGS to become SGS-Thomson and then ST Microelectronics.  They still
make much of the former Mostek line, including the battery-backed SRAM
modules with the MK prefix.
