There's no quick way through this to find out. If they are the ADCs,
they're not something I can replace in an acceptable timeframe. When
mystified, I am inclined to try to redesign a unit by examining the
parts and asking "How would these do the job?" After examining the parts
I've decided our designer was addicted to an illegal substance, and
there's so many parts in there doing so little that it's no real clue to
anything. Did this have gps and radio out sesnitive informationto the
enemy?? I don't have a bus away from them. It's possible they are
talking to the 93LC66 (eeprom) and the board is reading it, but then
they are serial ADCs :-/.
Somebody can get a manual or forget it.
