I repair a range of boards and they used that part. Fairly
quickly there was a slight pcb change and the MB3778 was replaced with a
TA8030S. That tells me they are basically unavailable, as the
particular manufacturer is not beyond buying up obsolete stock, and did
so for the TA 8055S, HD6340, etc.
I would try to modify for the TA8030S.
