I have something like that. But _all_ spam is in html, and basically no
mail comes that way. So I just delete all HTML mail unless I have some
reason to think it's real. I recognized Jan's name; If it had an
attachment, it would have been junked without thinking, but just for
curiousity I opened it. BTW, Is antiword any use?

I'm on a dialup, Matthias and that cgi scripts are not for my end. There
doesn't appear to be a formmail.cgi on ntlworld. How does the thing
actually work?

It's this bad: My son-in-law in Italy wanted my e-mail, so he googled
for "Declan Moriarty". He got it from this list archives, the
linuxfromscratch.org archives, and an old one from the linux-laptop
archives. I'll change away from qmail and go to a spam filter next time
I rebuild the OS.
