3 parts are on the board. And one is soldered upwards! The stripe on top is
made from the same metal as the contacts, but does not seem to be connected
to the other ones.

Yes it is a 4 layer board, but does not have any planes - I can look through
all 4 layers (behind a strong lamp) and I see the wires in the inner layers
too. I have connected my osci to that part and when I knock on it I get a
AC-voltage across the part. Looks like a shock sensor.
