That "CM" is the logo for Murata. Either a SAW filter, capacitor or resonator.
Did a quick browse at their web site (www.mutata.com). Lots of pdf datasheets.
This should get you there.

Hi,

I just want to know what kind of SMT parts this element is:

http://www.boerde.de/~matthias/cd/dsc03775a.jpg
http://www.boerde.de/~matthias/cd/dsc03777a.jpg

It is marked with
00LC
(M Y

(M is a symbol, a half circle arround the M, could be the sign of the
manucfacturer?) It looks like a big SMT capacitor, is 6.5 mm long and has a
capacity of 0.5nF (I guess). But I do not think it is a capacitor. It
is the only part that is connected to the + input of a opamp.

Did somebody of you know of a logo list?
http://www.xs4all.nl/~ganswijk/chipdir/c/logo.htm
Is not I was looking for (I need the logos that are printed
onto the chips)

thx
