The closest I could get is to the LA7680 datasheet, available from Sanyo. Maybe these are pinwise related. Could be helpful for troubleshooting.
Back in the early 90's the LA7680 was used by just about every TV manufacturer from Asia. Notorious for having a thermal failure. Once warm, the picture would lose color gradually and then would scramble. Hit it with a little cooling spray and the picture would come back.

Sorry for it..
Anyway it's a 54 pin chip in DIP package and it is a
Y/C/Jungle IC of a Promac TV(China) and is about 2
years old..
I try to locate the datasheet here:
http://www.cmbcomponents.com/
They have a stock of the chip but if you try to click
the datasheet it is not found..It also says that it
was made by Sanyo but browsing the Sanyo website can't
find any data for it.
