I need the Data Sheet for a CA-3035 IC, Anyone know a link to find this?, gotta come up with
a subsitute. Thanks!

CA3035 is a Ultra-high-gain Wide-Band Amplifier Array made by RCA around 1978, intended for remote control amplifiers (e.g. 40 kHz ultrasonic). 10 lead TO-5 case.
It contains 3 separate amplifiers. Just a few transistors and resistors.
It will be unlikely there are substitutes but you can find this IC on the web for sale.

Pinout:

Pin 1: ampl 1 in
Pin 2: Gnd (substrate)
Pin 3: ampl 1 out
Pin 4: ampl. 2 in
Pin 5: ampl. 2 out
Pin 6: ampl. 3 in
Pin 7: ampl. 3 out (open collector)
Pin 8: Gnd (internally connected to pin 2)
Pin 9: V+
Pin 10: case

Bandwidth amp 1: 500 kHz (-3 dB), amp 2 and 3: 2,5 MHz (-3 dB)
Each amp has a gain around 44 dB.
