I do have this datasheet, however have to scan it, so I can get it over to you.
So please tell me where to send it to.
It's an very old "Ultra-High-Gain-Wide-Band Amplifier Array", in case you need
some, I am quite certain, I got a couple in stock.
It was used as ultrosonic pre-amplifier  in TV's for the remote control. Boy that's old 
stuff.
