Anybody would now what a D5201G is, or has a datasheet ? It's 16 pin SMD (Narrow SOIC), i forgot to measure, sorry, Power Pin's 4 (V+), 5 (GND), 13 (V-), Corner Pin's seem to be logic inputs I suggest it is a DG201G, pinout looks the same, but who know's, The Ic is part of the output circuit of a Mitsubishi Analog Output Module and seem to make the switching from Voltage to Current output.
