Hello Pieter and all,

the most interesting thing is that I only receive all of your
complaints about the SPAM mails but none of the SPAM itself!

The provider I get the list mails through does not use any filtering
(I can see it from my other mail) and my own SPAM filter doesn't fetch
anything from the list either.

Therefore I must assume that those emails - as usual - come with
forged from-fields and are NOT sent through the list gateway at
fatcity itself!

I regularly get SPAM and infected bodies on one of my other accounts
with my own from-address - an there I could trace it back to the
participation in an open software project, where my email address -
stupidly - was lying open on a web site.

So, who is getting this particular SPAM now? It might actually stem
from someone who is on the list and had personal email contact with
those of you who now get the scrap....

    Uwe.
